MediServe Adds Four Clients, Expands Presence of Clinical Information Systems in Two Health Systems

TEMPE, AZ - January 25, 2005 - MediServe Information Systems, Inc. announced the addition of several new clients and the expansion of MediLinks® clinical information system projects within healthcare networks.

• Sarasota Memorial Health Care System (Sarasota, Florida) will deploy MediLinks in the Respiratory Care department of Sarasota Memorial Hospital, the second-largest acute care public hospital in Florida.
• Banner Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center (Phoenix, Arizona) will deploy MediLinks for outpatient rehabilitation services. This hospital has been cited for six consecutive years as a Best Hospital by U.S. News and World Report.
• Overlook Hospital (Summit, New Jersey) will utilize MediLinks in Respiratory Care services. Overlook Hospital is a clinical affiliate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-New Jersey Medical School.
• Sante Rehab (Euless, Texas) will utilize MediLinks in 16 clinics providing outpatient adult and pediatric rehabilitation services. Sante Rehab is the largest provider of comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation/restorative capabilities in the Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio areas.
• Duke University Medical Center (Durham, North Carolina) will expand MediLinks from the Respiratory Care department into an additional installation for Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.
• Saint Mary's Health Network (Reno, Nevada) will expand MediLinks from the Respiratory Care department into an additional installation for Inpatient Rehabilitation Services.
