MediServe Signs Agreement with Tenet Healthcare
for Rehabilitation Clinical Information System at Two Hospitals

TEMPE, AZ - November 8, 2006 - MediServe Information Systems, Inc. announced today it has reached an agreement with a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare Corporation to deploy two pilot hospital sites that will use the MediLinks® Rehabilitation software. MediLinks will be installed at Sierra Providence Physical Rehabilitation Hospital in El Paso, Texas and Brookwood Medical Center Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit in Birmingham, Alabama. These facilities offer a wide range of disciplines that include Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Case Management, and many others. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The MediServe IRFPAI module provides time sensitive patient scoring for the Patient Assessment Instrument that offers clients high quality patient care while fulfilling regulatory compliance obligations.

MediServe’s clinical and wireless software solutions & services enable healthcare organizations to deliver more effective care from their departments and manage more efficient business units.
