Impact Awards

MediServe would like to recognize those clients who have demonstrated and documented significant impact in their facility using MediLinks. MediServe will present the following Awards at MSUG 2008:

MSUG 2008 Impact Award - Respiratory
MSUG 2008 Impact Award - Rehabilitation

These results will be judged based on demonstrated benefits utilizing MediLinks in any of the following categories, collected over a six-month, one-year period or multi-year period:

Revenue Benefits
Cost Reduction Benefits
Employee Retention/Satisfaction Benefits
Patient Care (Quality) Benefits - e.g. error reductions due to automated protocols, decision support, better documentation
Patient Care (Efficiency/Productivity) Benefits - e.g. increased time at bedside, faster time to patient

Facilities can enter for multiple departments. Entrants must complete the Impact Award Entry & Agreement and fax it to Ruth Bodily, 480-831-8880. The narrative portion describing the organizational benefits should be submitted in MS Word. Please submit the narrative via Email to RBodily@mediserve.com. Entrants can use data, charts or other supporting documentation in MS Excel or PowerPoint, if necessary. Entrants must indicate the period in which the benefits were observed.

The deadline for submission is Friday, May 23, 2008.
